
Recipe - Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop (about 30g) protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Cooking spray or a little oil for the pan
Instructions:
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, banana, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Let the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Preheat Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
- Cook Pancakes: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, yogurt, maple syrup, or nut butter.
