Recipe - Raspberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 banana (for natural sweetness & creaminess)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for fiber & omega-3s)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess & protein)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
  • Honey or stevia to taste (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.


Tips:

  • Swap almond milk for oat or coconut milk for a different flavor.
  • Add a handful of spinach or kale for a nutrient boost—you won’t taste it!
  • Use a mixed berry blend (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry) for variety.
