Recipe - Raspberry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1 banana (for natural sweetness & creaminess)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for fiber & omega-3s)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess & protein)
- Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
- Honey or stevia to taste (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Tips:
- Swap almond milk for oat or coconut milk for a different flavor.
